My Name is HJ Zielinski

After graduating from Texas Tech in 2020 with a degree in Creative media, I left Lubbock to pursue freelance videography. After living in Pheonix Arizona and San Diego California, I returned to Lubbock and began grad school in Jan. 2025.

The purpose of this site is to serve as a portfolio for the creative media endeavors that I have worked on since returning to Lubbock and started graduate school. I’ve had a passion for Writing, editing, videography, and the film industry as a whole since I was young. I’ve had a wide range of opportunities in some of these fields including but not limited to promotional content creation and branded advertising for small businesses and local artists, operating cameras for high school sporting events that livestreamed on YouTube, and graphic design and digital marketing for a PBS Docuseries called Great Plains Project. I’ve also had extensive experience in the production side of live streaming, the marketing research for the docuseries produced by TTU, as well as audio production and web design. My hope for the future is getting a chance to apply these creative skills to a new and exciting opportunity that offers more opportunities to work outside of my freelance endeavors.
